FileStore Online gives your company the full functionality of our FileStore EDM and BPM software but in a fully hosted online service or SaaS (Software as a service) model.

The system can be tailored specifically to your requirements and combine any of the normal FileStore EDM modules.

Workflow functions can be totally customised to fit specific business processes such as invoice approvals, loan applications, expenses, sales order automation or mail distribution.

The system requires no installation and can be configured and implemented usually within a few hours of request.

Existing documents can quickly be imported into the system as either scanned documents or directly from your network in bulk.

Administration can be performed by the user and/or DCSs own experienced system administrators.

All data and servers are hosted at our UK secure and resilient data centre with n-tier failover backup, UPSs and redundant communications links to ensure virtually nil downtime.

Only a simple fixed monthly fee is payable to cover each user and additional ones can be added/removed as required.
