NEW Kodak i600 Scanner

The KODAK i600 Series Scanners include innovative features for production environments such as Perfect Page with iThresholding and SurePath paper handling, that deliver outstanding image quality, and advanced image processing—all focused on providing price-to-performance value.

The three new duplex scanner models in the i600 Series include a pre-scan document imprinter and five output options—bitonal, greyscale, colour, bitonal and greyscale or bitonal and colour, which means up to 480 (ipm) images per minute. All at rated speed.

For the most demanding scanning needs, the i600 Series is equipped with advanced imaging technologies that include improved auto-cropping, electronic colour dropout, auto deskew, orthogonal rotation, and an overall wider imaging area, in order to capture documents with different textures or unusual sizes. Available accessories include an ultralightweight paper feeder and an easily installed white background to swap between black and white backgrounds and vice versa.

• Three separate 3-D Ultrasonic Double-feed Detection Sensors ensure, that customers don’t miss a single page. It helps to eliminate feed errors caused by address labels, varying paper thickness, adhesive notes and even stapled documents.

• Another image quality improvement comes from the design of the paper path. Spring loaded background modules keep documents flat in the image area, yet allowing occasional thick documents to go through.
