Tower Hamlets improve BVPI figures with DCS Outsource services

London Borough of Tower Hamlets faced a massive challenge to meet government BVPI figures in their finance department. The volume of work in processing supplier invoice transactions was too high for their current workforce and after careful consideration DCS were appointed on an outsource basis to assist.

DCS now process up to 10,000 invoices per month and extract header information which allows integration with their accounts system and speeds up access to archive invoices if queries arise.

Tower Hamlets BVPI figures are now improving and DCS are further developing more automation and system integration to generate even larger savings.
