Paul Simon implement automated invoice capture solution

Paul Simon, one of the UKs largest curtain manufacturers, have recently completed the implementation of an automated invoice capture system for their supplier invoices.

Previously, data entry into their DIDOS system has been slow and laborious but with the recent implementation of b-Wize and Kofax Ascent Capture improvements are quickly being realised.

DCS have also implemented a back end document management solution which enables all invoices and other transaction paperwork to be held and accessed digitally rather than in paper format. This will be rolled out on a wider scale as requirements grow in other departments.
