Orange outsource market survey forms capture to DCS

Orange are one of the worlds most recognisable mobile telecommunications suppliers and one of the UKs main 4 service providers with over 13 million active customers and a 27% market share.

To maintain and grow this position, Orange have to continue to interact with their customers via ongoing marketing campaigns and a heavy investment is made annually in the form of well-targeted direct mail.

Dealing with the response to these mail campaigns is a difficult task which requires significant resources and rather than process these in-house Orange decided to subcontract the whole process from mail receiving to data filtering and capture to DCS.

The results for Orange have been reduced processing costs, lower error rates and a reliable fully accounted service.

DCS are now handling other capture projects within the Orange group.
