DCS wins Exxon Mobil invoice outsourcing contract

Data Capture Solutions (DCS) are thrilled to have been awarded the contract to handle the outsource receipt and processing of all of ExxonMobil’s European invoices.

Exxon Mobil Corporation is the world's largest publicly-owned energy company and operates facilities or markets products in most of the world's countries. It is the parent company of the Esso, Mobil and ExxonMobil companies that operate in the United Kingdom. ExxonMobil has supplied the UK market with gas for over 30 years and is responsible for approximately 10 per cent of the UK's total oil and gas production.

As well as invoice outsourcing DCS will also be supplying access to their FileStore SaaS/hosted invoice processing solution to allow ExxonMobil global accounts payable centre in South America to handle any exceptions.

DCS provide a fully outsourced invoice management service for the automatic handling of supplier invoices, credit notes and other accounts payable information.

This comprehensive service covers the manually intensive operation of processing purchase invoices, from receipt to payment. Using automated recognition, combined with sophisticated web based invoice approval workflow.
