Bentley Motor Cars choose DCS and b-Wize for Invoice Capture

Data Capture Solutions Ltd are pleased to announce that Bentley Motor Cars (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group) has chosen its b-Wize invoice capture solution to automate their accounts payable process.
The Bentley project was initiated over one year ago and after a broad evaluation of virtually all market solutions b-Wize was selected for the automation of over 200,000 invoices per annum.
The solution will comprise the integration of b-Wize with SAP, workflow software and a back end document server to give a full end to end capture , approval and archive solution.
Bentley Motors has seen a dramatic growth in their car manufacturing business in recent years, mainly due to the success of the new GT Continental coupe. Further new models such as the Flying Spur will see supplier transactions grow substantially which made the selection of an automated capture system increasingly important.
