DCS wins contract to handle all UK invoices for Volvo Cars

Data Capture Solutions (DCS) have won the contract (via one of the world’s largest BPO companies, Itella) to handle all UK invoices for Volvo Cars.

Volvo makes of some of the safest cars in the world and has been making cars since 1927. They are pioneers in the field of car safety and today are a global corporation with sales companies in all major markets. Volvo cars are built on the principles of safety, quality and environmental care.

DCS provide a fully outsourced invoice management service for the automatic handling of supplier invoices, credit notes and other accounts payable information.

This comprehensive service covers the manually intensive operation of receiving and processing purchase invoices using automated recognition and then the transmittal of data to Itella for ongoing processing.
