Kofax Front-Office Server enables customer facing employees to trigger back office, business processes directly from front office equipment such as digital copiers, desktop scanners, and fax systems. Employees start processes with a few clicks at the digital copier (or similar equipment). Transforming what would have taken days to a few minutes saving you time and money while improving efficiency and customer services.

Kofax Front-Office Server supports multiple document input options like MFPs, scanners, and fax systems that are common in front office environments. This flexibility allows you to leverage your existing IT infrastructure and easily adapt to changes in document format or volume.

  • Centralised Command and Control - The centralised Kofax Administration Console is a separate, thin client application included with Kofax Front-Office Server that gives administrators the ability to automatically discover input devices and back-end destinations, remotely check the status of input devices, set up users, and control user privileges. This minimises the need to send out a technician for system installation or maintenance thereby reducing associated costs.
