Simple to Use

With Kofax e-Transactions, documents can be delivered electronically to a business process by simply “printing” them from a Microsoft Windows application. The free KeT Sender application intercepts the print stream and sends documents instantly via secure email to the KeT Receiver application, from where they can be incorporated into a business process – no printing, mailing, scanning or data entry necessary!

Flexible

Kofax e-Transactions allows the business-related content in any document to be delivered electronically. For example, a vendor can send invoices electronically to a buyer by printing them from the ERP system, or a buyer can send purchase orders to a supplier electronically, replacing fax and surface mail.

Kofax e-Transactions also supports EDI streams and generic XML data, so enterprises can use Kofax e-Transactions to on-ramp content from organizations with electronic delivery capabilities already in place.

Cost Effective

Compared to other electronic methods of data exchange — such as EDI, which can cost tens of thousands of dollars and take many months to configure — Kofax e-Transactions is simple and cost effective to deploy. As a result, electronic exchange is viable for more documents and processes, and return on investment is increased.

Secure

Kofax e-Transactions uses a combination of symmetric and asymmetric encryption to provide secure transmission between sending and receiving parties. Digital signatures are also supported to verify the authenticity of the delivered information.

Kofax e-Transactions also provides automatic confirmation of document receipt back to the sender, reducing the number of queries and calls between the parties.
