Advantages of Electronic Report Archiving

Reportstore allows you to transform legacy print files into industry standard PDF documents which can then be archived in compressed format within FileStore.

Reportstore can archive print streams in the form of ASCII, CSV, IBM, AS400 and virtually any other mini or mainframe system.

Reportstore can also extract specific information from each report page to enable granular indexing to be done automatically such as extracting invoice number, account number or individual transaction codes. These can then all be searched on from within Filestore to give instant access to any specific record.

Stored reports can also be full text searched via the optional Filestore FTS module which allows searches to be performed on specific line items or other text data. Where configuring a search on your ERP system may have previously taken weeks you can now do data mining yourselves in minutes.

Reportstore allows any report, once archived, to be searched on header or line item information and then retrieved within seconds via an easy to use web interface. This allows any user within your enterprise, or even external partners and customers, to see information such as trading reports, invoices, statements, shipping notes 24/7.
