This greatly simplifies the saving and opening of MS Office documents as rather than working with vast arrays of network folders you can now organise your MS Office documents along with scanned and other documents in the same system.FileStore EDM !
Emails can also be saved into FileStore making them just as accessible and also searchable from the same search screen as the rest of your business information. There is therefore no more need to open Outlook, Word and then search a paper file just to find all the information you need from different resource formats.
