What does it do?
The Filestore Legal Discovery Module is designed to help your company extract a set of disclosure information relating to a legal discovery request. In cases where companies have been asked to disclose information, frequently this has cost many thousands of pounds and if not done effectively can cost the company Millions.
How does it work?
All documents which are created and then stored in Filestore are fully text searched for specific keywords/phrases which can be defined by the user. A specific set of search criteria can then be defined based on user, date ranges and subject/keywords which will then produce a legal discovery report on all the files found. This report can then be ordered according to relevance and automatically numbered in a unique manner suitable for court submission.
The system can check emails, MS Office, PDFs and even scanned paper documents and faxes thereby covering virtually all regular forms of business communication today.
Having a single compliance and discovery solution for all documents whether they are electronic, paper, fax or email makes configuration and rule changes far easier and total cost of ownership far less than multiple 'point' solutions.

- Filestore EDM server and clients
- Filestore FTS module
- Filestore BS BIP0008 compliance module
- MS SQL server (2000+) or MSDE database
