What does the Active Compliance module Do?

The Filestore Active Compliance Module brings potential compliance infringements to your Officers attention potentially far faster then would normally be possible. This can then help you limit damage at the earliest possible time.

How does the Active Compliance work?

All documents which are created and then stored in Filestore are fully text searched for specific keywords/phrases which can be defined by the user. A specific set of search and trigger criteria can then be defined based on user, date ranges and subject/keywords. Once these pre-defined 'triggers' have been activated then a lock is put on the content and a Compliance Officer is automatically emailed with details of the potential infringement.

The infringement can the be checked in more detail and associated information checked as well as necessary.

The system can check emails, MS Office, PDF's and even scanned paper documents and faxes thereby covering virtually all regular forms of business communication today.

Having a single compliance and discovery solution for all documents whether they are electronic, paper, fax or email makes configuration and rule changes far easier and total cost of ownership far less than multiple 'point' solutions.
