What is FileStore Report Store?

ReportStore allows you to transform legacy print files into industry standard PDF documents, which can then be archived in compressed format within FileStore.

ReportStore can archive over 3,000 pages of reports, accounts statements and other data in under a minute.

What does FileStore Report Store do?

Using ReportStore organisations can convert large print files into PDF's, which can then be compressed to save space and stored in FileStore. Files that can be archived include:

  • Invoices
  • Statements
  • Credit Notes
  • PODs
  • Time sheets
  • Test and inspection data

ReportStore allows archived reports, to be searched on header or line item information and then easily retrieved via a simple web interface. So many different users can access data such as trading reports, invoices, statements, shipping notes 24/7 from any location.

Specific information can also be extracted from each page to enable automated granular indexing such as extracting invoice numbers, account numbers or individual transaction codes. These can then be searched for to give instant access to any specific record.

When paired with FileStore Full Text Search stored reports can be fully text searchable allowing searches to be performed on specific line items or other text data.
