What is FileStore Active Compliance?

FileStore Active Compliance Module supports your business compliance management allowing you to reduce legal costs and risk while improving corporate governance.

Active Compliance software is designed to run automated checks on your business data highlighting potential compliance infringements and directly alerting your Compliance Officers.

This makes it much easier to identify data compliance risks and prevent these developing into serious legal issues.

What does FileStore Active Compliance do?

As all FileStore EDM documents are fully text searchable our Active Compliance software module can be configured to check for certain trigger criteria and identify documents with compliance concerns.

Once a document has been identified the content is automatically locked and an email sent to your Compliance Officer with details of the potential risk. The infringement can then be manually checked; in addition any associated data can also be reviewed.
